About SRV Global

SRV Global helps mission-driven organizations bring together people who don't normally work together to solve complex challenges and create better systems together.

We partner with governments, foundations, universities, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses to design collaborative processes that transform diverse perspectives into shared vision, collective action, and lasting impact.

Our work centers around three core areas:

  Learn

We create meaningful opportunities for people to listen, learn, and understand the challenges, opportunities, and perspectives that matter most.

  Plan

We facilitate participatory strategic planning that builds alignment, strengthens ownership, and turns ideas into action.

  Lead

We design innovative leadership development experiences that equip people to collaborate across differences, navigate complexity, and lead meaningful change.

Our Philosophy

We believe the most sustainable solutions and systems are co-created.  When diverse voices are heard, trusted, and united around a shared purpose, organizations make better decisions, build stronger relationships, and create more lasting impact.

Whether we're facilitating a focus group, launching a global learning cohort, guiding a strategic planning process, or leading an executive retreat, our goal is always the same:  helping people to listen deeply, think creatively and strategically, and feel more equipped to lead together.

Our Impact

  • 1,500+ leaders engaged across 80+ countries

  • 300+ locally-led innovations launched

  • 22 networks established and strengthened

  • 9 national climate action plans developed

About Sher

I believe the world's most complex challenges must be solved together.

For more than 15 years, I've brought together governments, foundations, universities, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, scientists, artisans, and local communities to co-create solutions across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and North America.

My work spans participatory strategic planning, executive education, leadership development, and global innovation networks, but the thread connecting it all is simple: helping diverse groups build trust, navigate complexity, and create momentum around a shared vision.

I love designing conversations and collaborative experiences that help people think creatively, discover what's possible, and move forward together with joy.

When I'm not facilitating or designing experiences, you'll probably find me volunteering as an ESL teacher, learning a new language, hosting a community meal, or exploring how AI can help people and organizations flourish.
